Every formula and technology is validated through safety, efficacy and stability tests. For skincare products, challenge tests, patch tests, ophthalmological tests are carried out, while for Beauty Technology we collaborate with certifying bodies for cosmetic safety and Biocompatibility.
Our regulatory team deals with the registration and compliance of cosmetic products and aesthetic equipment according to European (CPNP, MDR) and international (FDA, GCC, LATAM) regulations, accompanying brands in their global expansion.
Our training is at the center of professional growth in the world of beauty. At our headquarters we have a modern internal Academy, integrated into an exhibition space of more than 2,500 square meters, which hosts seminars, workshops and international events dedicated to hairdressers, beauticians and distributors. Our technical centers carry out effectiveness tests and application protocols on hair products and face and body treatments, with the support of qualified trainers and the latest generation of professional equipment. The training is divided into practical and theoretical paths, modulated to meet the needs of those who work in the Hair Care, Skincare and Beauty Technology sector, both in Italy and abroad. We offer an immersive experience to learn, test and share know-how, with the aim of raising the standard of beauty professionalism globally.
The Marketing Department guides the strategic development of the Skincare and Beauty Technology, and Hair Care lines. In addition to coordinating the operational and creative development of brands, from market analysis to the identification of opportunities, from the definition of positioning and concepts to the creation of communication materials, each phase is managed internally with an integrated vision.
